What Does The Recruitment Process Look Like?

Recruitment

During Recruitment, Potential New Membership Candidates are required to attend at least 4 out of 6 events

Interviews

Each Potential New Membership Candidate is required to complete an interview with a panel made up of our active members

Bid Extension

After interviews, the active members will vote on which potential new members to extend bids to

Initiation

New Members will be initiated as Membership Candidates during an initiation ceremony

Membership Candidate Education Process

Membership Candidates will participate in a 6 week education process to learn more about Sigma Alpha and our chapter

Activation

Once Membership Candidates finish their education process, they will be activated as full members!
