I am Professor of Political Science and Director of the Center for Human Rights and Democracy at Georgia State University.

My research is in comparative political behavior and public opinion. I collaborate on the Executive Approval Project, Team Populism, and Pollitik.

Specific interests include executive approval, democratic support, populism, macropolitics, pro-sociality, trust, and rule of law.
