Biography

Ryan E. Carlin (PhD, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, 2008) is Professor of Political Science and Director of the Center of Human Rights and Democracy at Georgia State University. Additionally, he is a Research Affiliate of the Latin American Public Opinion Project at Vanderbilt University, leads the experiments team for Team Populism, co-coordinates the Southeastern Rights Network, and is a core member of the Executive Approval Project. He co-edits the Revista Latinoamericana de Opinión Pública, the flagship journal of WAPOR-Latinoamérica.
