September 2005-November 2005: Project consultant : Analysis of existing tools and practices for M&E of the six agencies of the APRODEV (i.e. Brot für die Welt, Christian Aid, DanChurchAid, Evangelischer Entwicklungsdienst, ICCO and Norwegian Church Aid). Supervision under the Evaluation Desk, Program Qualification Unit of EED; Bonn- Germany.
August 2004-Novemeber 2004: Volunteer service as Evaluation officer at World Vision South Africa and New World Foundation, South Africa.
February 2004 – 30 March, 2004: served as Intern under supervision of Evaluation Desk, Program Qualification Unit of EED. Bonn- Germany.
March, 1998- June 2003: Monitoring & Evaluation officer in World Vision Ethiopia, at National Office Level.
July 1997- Feb 1998: Development Facilitator, Benishangul Gumuz Bureau of Agriculture, Assosa.
Nov1997/98: Assistant Project Officer, Women’s affair department, Benishangul Gumuz Regional Council & in Women’s Association of Tigray in Student Apprenticeship endeavor.
June 1995-96: Integrated Development Worker, Alemaya University. Under the auspices of Alemaya University of Agriculture in collaboration with Minister of Agriculture, Ethiopia Research organization and Care Ethiopia promoted participatory Methodologies including PRA and RRA As a management style for the Day-to-day Running of projects.
