Hi Folks,

We do not have anything on the agenda for this month’s meeting so we will cancel the meeting.  The next meeting will be September 26.

I have noticed quite a few houses for sale in Rosemont.  If you have a new neighbor, ask them to check our web site or email me so I can add them to our email list.

Now that it is summer and people are working in their yards.  I want to remind you that you can take yard waste to the Brunswick drop off.  However, you will need a card from Rosemont to do that.  The Brunswick workers do not know who lives in Rosemont without the card.  If you need a card you can contact Dave Blackmon or email me, and we will see you get one.

 Have a great summer.

  • Message from the Burgess (02/22/2016) You may have noticed activity at the Rosemont Alliance Church.  Well, the church property has been sold.  The new owner is the Potomac Believers Fellowship.  The Potomac Believers have recently been meeting in the upstairs of the bus garage on Maple Ave. in Brunswick.  They are working to make repairs so they can start having their services in Rosemont soon.   The next Rosemont Village Meeting will be March 28.  The budget will be presented then.  I will send out an agenda next month.

  • Message from the Burgess (12/31/15) Hi Folks, As we start the new year and are now in the darkest part of the year, please keep your eyes open for suspicious activity.   We had a report of a possible break-in on Christmas Eve.  If you see something that doesn't look right, call 911 and let the police check it out.   Another good thing is to have lights on outside at night.  With the new bulbs that only use 13 watts, it's not expensive to leave security lights on all night. I wish everyone a safe and happy new year.  --"Tom" Thomas Watson
