Due to inflation costs in the last 12 months, price per room will increase 10 € per room per month @ February 2026. Despite this slight increase, this small increase do not reflect either the inflation rate in the last 12 months or the huge increase of housing market in Lisbon in the last years.

If you are student, looking for quality accommodation in the center of Lisbon at affordable price, and our flats have been recommended to you from a previous tenant, that means you have reference how we work, you have find the right place.
Our flats, family owned, are located in premium locations in Lisboa, with metro stations nearby are within a range of 20 minutes to the main Universities in Lisboa, Downtown and Bairro Alto.

Who are we, and why are our prices considered in the low price range in the actual Lisbon housing market ?
We are logmentation providers of our private flats owned by our family, or companies of our family. We are not a real estate agency or provide lodgement, from 3rd party owners.
This service is managed by one person only , who has a normal job outside this family asset management. Therefore some times may be a delay in the response to inquires.
We do not rent on platform rental sites. We are not interested or accept agreements for long term habitational uses. (Namely permanent habitation in Lisbon).

We are not a hotel, a hostel, an air-b&b therefore we are only available to provide honest housing sharing. We only accept invited persons that agree and accept to follow our rules.
Those rules has rights and responsibilities that must be read, understanded, agreed and followed upon sharing one of our flats.
Normally the new tenants had recommendations from previous tenants, those students recommended our housing from their previous personal experience, or from Universities that had positive reviews or references from their students about our housing.
Our agreement has a maximum temporary horizont of one academic year. This means if the flats will be available after that period and the parties agree, that period may be extended by another mutually agreed period. However if by any reason the flats or rooms would not be available after that period the agreement can be terminated.
The lodgement agreement supposes the acceptance from the tenants of an important set of rules that must be respected from all. for ex ( Not smoking in the flat, do not disturb other tenants our neighbors).
Failing to comply with the rules previously agreed by all the tenants, namely ( Not smoking in the flat, do not disturb other tenants, our neighbors and timely payment of pre-agreed values for the house sharing ) gives the owner the right to terminate immediately the housing agreement, ( Upon returning the values previous advanced by the tenant, and not yet used) and limit the access to the flat and room, from the faulty and or abusive tennant.
This model of logement is only possible if everyone respect all the common sense rules of flatsharing.

Please note:
For pre booking (only), several weeks or months before your arrival, we only accept reservations for 5 months or more. Our normal month prices are set for an occupation rate of 10 months per year in average, that means, we need to rent each room at least 5 months in each academic semester.
Therefore if you pre-book before the start of first academic semester of an academic year, you must start paying the rent of your accommodation from 1rst of September (only if your overall stay during that semester will be less than 5 months). If you will try or intend to stay less than 5 month please consult us before or try to pre-book or book just when you will in Lisbon.
