In order to apply, before contacting us please read this terms carefully.

The presented residences in flat-share are for students or people having some kind of academic activity but who do not mind leaving with students. No smoking is allowed inside the flats. We are specialised in temporary and academic time rentals. We are not interested in permanent habitational rentals for persons not enrolled in academic or student activities.

The majority of our rooms are individual but some are double. Despite all the flats being in central areas of Lisbon and in a short range of the metro station, the prices vary accordingly to the value of property. All the services and quality are similar despite ones being more expensive from others.

So our prices of individual rooms for the present Academic year, vary from 275 to 315 euros per month. And from 380 to 400 for a double room. Depending of the area and value of the flats.

Wireless Internet (50 Mb/sec or higher is included in the above mentioned prices.

Variables of water gas and electricity are to be shared among the flatmates sharing the flat in a given month normally 25 to 40 euros per month for each roommate. ( these values are indicative, and are dependent of the care and behavior of the tenants)

Particular Payment Rules Concerning the Double rooms in the LisbonRoms2you student flatshare

In our student we do have some Double rooms, those rooms are intended to be rented to couples or to 2 friends that are closed to each other and know each other previously. Please note we do not rent each bed separately to persons that are not related to each other.

The initial double room prices per person are therefore based in the occupancy in the room by two persons, if by any reason one of the tenants of the double room leaves the room previously than the other. The rate for the remaining student must be updated from the period that has not been pay as a double, to the rate of the most expensive individual room in that flat.

If there is a free individual room in that flat and the owner needs the double room to be rented as a double, the remaining tenant must agree to move to that individual room.

For example if the price of a double room in a given flat is 380 per month and the most expensive individual room in that flat is 285 euro.

When 2 friends are living together in the room the price of each will be 190 euro per month; But if one tenant leaves the room and in the double room there is only one tenant remaining the remaining tenant will start paying from that moment 285 euro per month.

Our prices are set to 5 months contract, if you exceed that amount of time in our premises, all the surplus days do not completing a would month will be calculated by the following formula (month rate/30) + 1 euro per variables per day.

If per example the month rate will be 300 euro and you need to stay 5 months and 10 days the remaining 10 days will be 300/30 = (10 + 1) X 10 days = 110 euro.

If you will stay less than 5 months please take note that some surcharges will apply.
