Impressions about the room

• Characteristic of the room: low ceiling,rectangular dimension, no absorbers, concrete walls, no window, thick metal door background noise 42 dB.
• Uses as a reverberant room.
• Long reverbation time (4-5 seconds).
• With binaural microphone we recorded the same sound that we heard as we expected
• The reverberation time with binaural microphone is longer than the one with ORFT microphone.
• Speech intelligibility with the binaural microphone is better than the ORTF microphone.
• One can use absorber materials (for high freq) and resonator (low freq) to improve the acoustical characteristic of the room.
