All rates are quoted in $NZ per night and are per person for room only.
Breakfast is available for $5 per person - selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurt; toast & spreads; orange juice, tea & coffee. Please enquire on booking
When you enquire an invoice is sent for online payment and the booking is held until payment of a deposit to confirm. All bookings to be paid for in advance of arrival please.
Cancellation Policy
If your plans change and you need to cancel....
If you give 7 or more days notice we will refund any deposit monies already paid in full.
If there is less than that, but more than 48 hours prior to 5pm on your arrival day we offer a 50% refund.
Should you cancel within 48 hours of arrival (5pm on the day) I am sorry there is no refund given as we are then unable to replace your booking..

This is competitively priced when compared to homestay rates and offers you a guaranteed level of facilities and service. Walking distance to Open Polytech. Ideal for those studying at Weltec - a short drive or bus journey to Weltec Petone, handy to the bus for Premier Hairdressing students or Learning Connexion and the train for those studying at Weltec CBD campus.
