Our property manager is a central player in helping our community run smoothly and efficiently. Their primary purpose is not just to collect money, but also they arrange for the maintenance of the common areas and facilities, negotiate contracts for utilities and insurance, prepare a budget, maintain the books and records as well as manage our banking relationships. They provide us access to legal advice and review and well as consultations with real estate professionals. They conduct compliance inspections and work closely with our onsite Property Supervisor to promote timeliness of needed action and help. They are the focal point of our Association’s communications.
