The aim of this site is to provide a place to put anything concerning the families related to John Roberts who lived at Tresenny, Grosmont, Monmouthshire in the early 1800’s. This could include -
- family trees - recent (Where do I fit?) and earlier
- family stories
- photos
- brief histories and information on family members today
- tributes to family members
and anything else that you think may be of interest
For the moment it just has the family history of John and his family and related families with a few pictures and a fmaily tree. This needs to be properly formatted into sections to allow other branches of the family to easily have separate pages.
An outline structure has been set up. This will evolve as the site grows and some reorganisation may be necessary depending on the amount and type information added to the site.

The picture has had to be split to improve the quality - I will probably load a full picture in the Family History Trees and Files page
Below the picture there are two attempts to number the people in the picture - the first with numbers under the picture, roughly in the positions of people in the picture, the second with numbers on a B&W versions of the picture which need to be clicked on to see the numbers on the enlarged versions of the pictures.
Below this is an index of the people in the picture that have been identified. Please email me if you can identify any of the people.
Click on the pictures to get a bigger copy. Click on the enlarged picture again or copy the enlarged picture into the Paint program to get a bigger and clearer version of the enlarged picture.

The numbers above give a rough guide of where people are in the photos but the pictures below give it more accurately. Right click on these and open them in a new window to see them more clearly - click on the picture ni the new window to get a bigger and clearer version of the picture.
If you can identify any of the people in the picture then please email me if you can identify any of the people.
