Initiation Ceremonies

Initiations and elections are held twice each year; fall and spring. The event in concluded with a luncheon including all members, the executive board, advisers, and district directors. Part of the initiation procedure calls for each member to sand and polish a bent. The small casting is a symbol of commitment towards improving the field of engineering and building a strong foundation for continued growth.
