Driving

Our main intersection is Keele & Sheppard. From there, you head west on Sheppard Ave W toward Sentinel Road, pass it, go through a valley with a park and then, after a total of 1.3 km, turn right (i.e., North) on Arleta Ave. You pass Tina Ct on your right and after 400 m, in an intersection where you can see a large parking lot belonging to a community center, you turn right on Clubhouse Ct.

To get to Keele & Sheppard from Hwy 7 you take the Keele or Regional Road 6 exit and go South, from Hwy 401 you exit on Keele St and go North, and from Hwy 400 you take the Finch exit, go East then right or south on Keele.

TTC (bus)

Easiest: From Downsview subway station take bus 108 (but NOT 108A) and travel to John Lindsay. It is stop #9218, 3rd on Arleta. Walk West on Clubhouse Court leaving the Community Centre behind, on your left, until you reach our house.

Fastest: Take 84 going west from Downsview (it is more frequent and less busy than 108). After 5 to 8 minutes, get off at Arleta. Walk back East along Sheppard for about 100 metres, until you reach a street entrance through a fence. The street has very similar houses made of red brick and it’s called Clubhouse. Our house is about 1-200 metres on your right hand side. The trip including walking takes usually about 8 minutes. Buses come every 5-8 minutes and even more frequently at peak hours.

Scenic Route: You may also take bus 106 from Downsview, but then you will have to get off at Sentinel and walk West along Sheppard. You could make a detour through the park, going then up the hill to the Community Center, or keep walking along Sheppard for about 300 meters and then turn right on Clubhouse before reaching Arleta.
