Video in Youtube Ends Early or Cut short than the expected play time

Have you ever experienced watching/listening your usual save playlist music video or even tutorial video ends prematurely than its usual playtime length? Some times it ends at around 0:31 or 0:33 seconds or less than a minute knowing that your video playtime is longer than 5:00 minutes.

Since Google is my friend, I immediately type it in the search box to see if what causes this things to happen. I came to some forum sites stating that this is caused by Youtube itself having some renovations on their server, but since the forums is more than a year I thought to my self that they might be doing maintenance again.

And stop my self searching for solutions on the problem.

After a week I still noticed that this problem still occurs and started to annoy me. I searched again in Google and found some discussions, that this problem was caused by having internet connection problem, knowing this i tried to monitor my internet connection. Monitor my router as well as my internet provider modem.

After 3 days of continued monitoring on my internet connection and its devices I did not even see any RTO (Request for Time Out) reply on my devices and I did not see any Internet disconnection and even slow internet connection.

This baffles me a lot. I started to investigate on my router, changed some settings on it and even tried to change another router and still this did not help.

I tried to restore my unit to its original state as some said that it's the OS that was causing the problem as i have updated it, but still that did not work.

With all these I still don't want to give up, I tried to browse some video streaming website hoping to replace the youtube.com. I tried to view video on those sites and it amused me that their video streams well and doesn't ends abruptly. But what can i do youtube has more videos and tutorials than those sites. I still want to use youtube.

Knowing that my devices are functioning well and i do have internet connection, i turn my attention to my DNS settings. I set a specified IP for my primary and secondary DNS Server settings.

Since their are public/free DNS Server i tried to search google again and look for some possible IP for my DNS server and used it. To my surprise the videos that cut short run continuously and I immediately concluded that these could be a DNS problem of my Internet service provider.

Having all these, i ask for a new set of DNS server IP from my internet service provider and put it to my router settings and solve my problem. But after a few days problem came up again.

By this time I disabled my antivirus software and firewall as well. Though I see some slight improvements and thought that its the antivirus and firewall software but after several days same problem came back.

Its just like problem goes away by coincidence.

Now with all the troubleshooting and testing i have done, i still persist on going on , I now turn to the bandwidth checker and limiting software. I have a K9 Web Protection installed in my computer. This is a very good software for web access management, you could set time access to the net, limit web access for porn and adult content website, a parenting tool for your children and much much more.

Now with this software i have maintain a safe web browsing experience. But with some settings on this software it could also limit some good stuff.

After changing some settings in the Safe Search and Other Settings section in K9 Web Protection, I'm able to to view YouTube video in full length of its playing time.

Safe Search Section of the K9 Web Protection Software: Unchecked "Force Safe Search" and "Redirect Google SSL" Option.

Other Settings Section of the K9 Web Protection Software: Unchecked "Force YouTube Safety Mode" and "Advanced YouTube Filtering" Option.

Some other error that might be accompanied by this are problem are

"500 Internal Server Error" when you try to log out to your YouTube Account. And "Error 502 (Server error)" when you try to set the safety mode to off in your YouTube webpage.
