Early Work 70's

Richard first started painting model soldiers, 20mm for wargaming. However, he was never reading interested in wargaming, more the history of the era, Napoleonic was the favourite, and the stories of the soldiers involved. He progressed to 54mm models and the creation of character.

When he started painting seriously at the age of 18, he took inspiration from Dali.
