Research interests

My research is focused on microorganisms adaptation to biotic (coevolution) or abiotic variables (antibiotics, pH, etc.). More specifically, I'm interested in:

1. The processes leading to the selection or counter selection of micro-organisms resistant to pesticides (antibiotics, fungicides), or host defenses.

2. Alternative antimicrobial strategies like phage or Bdellovibrio therapy

3. Microbiota functioning and its interactions with its host.

I list below the different projects I have been working on during my academic carreer.
