Global Studies

Global Studies 1C/2C is a year long course that introduces students to geographic concepts, global issues, and technology skills. Using modern technologies, students learn about and demonstrate their understanding of the social, economic, cultural, and environmental events / issues occurring throughout today’s world.

The course introduces academic and personal skills to help students succeed in high school and beyond. Priority focus on organizational skills, goal setting, critical reading and writing, problem solving, study skills, identifying and properly using available learning resources.
