I am the Project-Based Learning Resource Teacher for the San Diego Unified School District. Prior to my current educational role, I spent three years as a Digital Learning Coach in the Grossmont Union High School District, supporting teachers to thoughtfully integrate technology into their curriculum. Before moving into teacher leadership positions, I taught Social Sciences and Technology at West Hills High School for 18 years. I was selected Teacher of the Year for the Grossmont Union High School District in 2010.
I earned a Preliminary Administrative Credential through the San Diego County Office of Education and a MA in Curriculum Development and Educational Technology at National University.
As an educational leader, I have led 500+ workshops and presentations focusing on the integration of technology, project-based learning, design thinking, and more at the district, county, state, and national level.
