Innocentata Medicalos: A Babysitter’s Diary
Donny sat on the kitchen table when he saw a diary underneath his seat. He picked it up and was going to close it when he saw Jenny’s name written in it. Lately Jenny has been behaving weird since he hired a sitter for their new charge and her, and Donny wanted to find out why, so he started reading the entry from the beginning:
Dear Diary,
Today I babysat for Ensign Williams’ children. I thought it would be an easy job since I sat for Andrew before. Although he can be a handful at times, he usually quiets down after a couple of swats and enjoys my company. I knew little about Jenny, but everyone seems to say she’s a good kid, so I figured it would be as easy as logic to a Vulcan.
I was wrong.
First, Jenny’s curfew is 6 o’clock on the dot except when school field trips are involved. Jenny barely made it at 6 exactly but was completely out of breath and barely able to say hi when coming in. If she was a penny, I would have given her a spanking warning, but she wasn’t so I had to let it go.
I asked Jenny if she wanted to play scufflebits with Andrew and me, but she said she needed to make a phone call. The rule on her phone calls is 10 minutes only unless the call is from Ensign Williams. Jenny found a way around that; every 20 minutes someone would call her, and she’d call them every 20 minutes as well.
The one that bothered me the most was when I went to tell Jenny it was dinner time I heard her say “Donahue,” with a pause before the ahue part. I think she saw me when she started saying Don. I could tell because the next words she said were “Yeah the old Phil Donahue show has been remade into holotapes.” Then she closed the door on me.
After dinner, which Jenny barely came to eat quickly and then go back to her room, I asked again if she wanted to play with Andrew and me, this time infirmary (a board game that uses holograms to stimulate patients), Ensign Williams told me that it was one of Jenny’s favorite games, but Jenny flat out refused and closed the door on me again.
When I asked her if I could see her homework, she spoke loudly but barely avoiding shouting “No!” She this time shut the door quickly almost slamming it. If Ensign Williams hadn’t told me that she is good about her homework and doesn’t really need checking on, but it couldn’t hurt, I would have walked into her room grabbed her homework and spanked her for refusing to give it to me, IM or no IM.
I put Andrew to bed with a good bedtime spanking, and Jenny actually watched and asked for a few pointers, but she did seem distracted and went straight back to her bedroom when I was finished. In a way that was the only time she really behaved all night.
An hour later, after Ensign Williams called to say goodnight to Jenny, and I made sure she had his pillow, I thought she would just jump into bed like she did last time. Instead she spent 15 minutes in the bathroom, and when I came to check on her she said she had a tummy ache, but when she was out and I asked about the stomach ache she said “What… Oh I don’t have it anymore,” and then she plopped into bed. I didn’t hear her snoring for another 15 minutes though.
I don’t know if I should tell Ensign Williams. I’m not sure what’s going on or how to tell him or even if he should know. It’s not like she actually misbehaved. Oh well I’ll have to see what happens next time.
That ended the diary Entry. Donny actually laughed at the beginning till he came to the Phil Donahue show. He knew right away what she meant to say, and it was definitely not Donahue whoever that was, but the holophone rang just as he finished reading and was about to go have a talk with Jenny.
Five minutes later, Donny goes to Jenny’s room while she is working on her Padd. Jenny looks up and says, “Hi Sir.”
“So it’s sir now,” Donny said shaking his head.
“What do you mean?” Jenny said innocently and looking back at her Padd.
“I heard you said Donny,” He answered.
Jenny looked at him worriedly. “Ah,” She started.
“You know I don’t like you lying to me,” he said sternly.
“Yes I did,” Jenny confessed, “twice. How did you find out?”
“You just told me,” Donny said surprised. He didn’t know it was twice. He wasn’t even sure she said it once since she started calling him ‘Sir’.
Jenny looked down realizing she just confessed unnecessarily. “I’m sorry Sir,” Jenny said hoping it would help.
“That’s not good enough,” Donny said disappointedly. “Bring your CornerStool to the family room right now.”
“But Andrew is out there,” Jenny protested. So far Jenny never got spanked in front of one of their new charges and she never planned to be.
“I know,” He said not deterred one bit.
Donny went off to his bathroom which worried Jenny even more, as Jenny picked up her new CornerStool to take to the living room. Kidern rated CornerStools have become so common in non-penny rejuve homes that the company decided to make CornerStools by rank. Obviously penny rated ones are the least comfortable and kidern are the most, not that you could tell the difference on a spanked bottom. The ones in between severity are based on how high the rank is. Jenny’s CornerStool had to be made because her rank is unique. Hers was closer to a kidern rated one than an I’s CornerStool but the only way to tell is on an unspanked bottom.
Donny had no plans on buying one of those things until Jenny got a Captain’s Spanking, then he realized she needed a little more discipline. So far the stool was only used as a warning. Jenny hoped that it would still be a warning today.
She was wrong.
Donny brought out a tube of the new mouth soaping drug. It’s not as strong as the penny soap, but it stays in the mouth until the antidote is giving. It hasn’t become popular with Penny families yet because although the soap is cheap, the antidote is very expensive. Jenny didn’t even know Donny had bought it.
“Please Sir,” Jenny started begging, “I won’t do it again.”
Andrew looked up from his coloring book completely surprised by the turn of events. He was worried earlier about the nursery cane sitting that Donny brought in earlier but couldn’t do anything to prevent it from being used on his bottom so didn’t ask. It was obvious; it wasn’t for him.
Donny already started soaping Jenny’s unhappy mouth (another benefit of it was you don’t need a sink. It is swallowed without hurting the stomach ache). Jenny already started having tears down her face. What’s worse she knows nothing she eats or drinks till she has the antidote will taste good.
“Now over the couch,” Donny said leading Jenny to the couch while picking up the cane on the way.
“But Sir,” Jenny begged, “a cane. Couldn’t you just give me a paddling?”
“Over the couch or I’ll add paddling to your caning,” He warned. “5 paddle swats for every reach back.”
Jenny lowered herself over the couch glad it wasn’t bare bottom.
She was wrong.
Donny lowered her pants and said, “This is for saying Donny instead of sir the first time.” He lowered her panties. “This is for saying Donny the second time.”
Jenny starts having tears down her face as he whips the cane in the air to test it out before starting. “Say my Name,” Donny instructed.
“Sir,” Jenny answered and Donny used the cane on the top portion of her bottom. “Owwwwwieeee,” Jenny screeched he was using full force.
“What’s my name?” Donny asked.
“Sir,” Jenny answered and Donny caned her one inch below the last one. “OUCHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.”
Andrew looks on feeling sorry for Jenny but glad it’s not him.
“How do you say my name?” Donny asked.
“Sir,” Jenny answered holding tighter to the couch pillow as he caned her one inch lower. “OWIE. I won’t do it again.”
“What do you call me?” Donny asked.
“Sir,” Jenny answered crying as the cane cuts across her stripes.
Andrew winced knowing how hard that one can be to take.
“How do you pronounce my name?” Donny asked.
“Sir,” jenny said clinching her bottom but Donny didn’t cane till she relaxed and then did another cane mark next to the last one across her stripes. Jenny screamed in pain.
Donny starts waiting for Jenny to catch her breath before he asked, “My name again?”
“Sir,” Jenny whimpered as he gave her the sixth strip across the stripes and next to the last one. Jenny got up thinking it was over.
“5 paddle swats,” Donny said.
Jenny got back in position quickly and waited for her paddling for not waiting for him to let her up.
She was wrong.
“Remind me my name,” He said.
“Sir,” Jenny said through sobs as he caned her lower than the earlier cane marks. Jenny cried even harder as she realized he wasn’t finished.
“What do you call your guardian?” Donny asked.
“Sir,” Jenny repeated and he caned one inch lower than the last. “WAHHHHH,” Jenny cried. “Please no more,” She begged when she was able to talk again.
“What should you always call me by?” Donny asked.
“Sir,” Jenny answered wishing she could run away as he canes her an inch lower than the last one. Jenny screams and wails and squirms and kicks but doesn’t get out of position as if her life depended on it.
“What is the only name you’re allowed to call me by?” Donny asked as her crying got under control (it took a bit longer this time).
“Sir,” Jenny said in a hoarse voice and he canes her across the last three stripes.
Donny let her cool down a little longer but this time didn’t wait till her wails stopped to ask, “My name is?”
“Sir,” Jenny said through her sobs.
Donny caned her again an inch away from her last. “How do you address a superior officer?” He asked.
“Sir,” Jenny answered after a second to think of the question. He finished his cane marks on top of the last three. Jenny kept crying not able to move afraid of it not being over.
She was right.
After a few minutes he asked, “What are you not supposed to call me?”
Jenny took a minute to realize the question and then didn’t answer. Donny gave her the last cane mark across all the welts which made her leap up and rub her bottom.
“Five more paddle,” Donny said still holding the cane.
Jenny cried as she went back over the couch crying harder because it wasn’t over with yet.
Donny gave Jenny five minutes of crying over the couch before he said, “Ok go sit on your CornerStool.”
Jenny got up and put her hands on her head as she sat on the stool gingerly but glad the caning is over.
Donny put away the cane and sat next to Andrew. “Do you have any questions?” He asked.
“Why?” He asked.
“She called me by my first name,” Donny answered simply.
“I know, but why doesn’t she call you Daddy?” He asked.
“She never could get used to having her boyfriend being her dad. Honestly, I can’t blame her.”
“Oh,” Andrew said looking down. “Daddy,” He said.
“Yes,” Donny said.
“Last cycle, one of my teachers was an ex of mine,” He confessed, “I had trouble learning from her.”
“Oh,” Donny said listening carefully.
“I think I had the same trouble mommy has,” Andrew confessed.
“It sounds like it. What grades did you get?” Donny asked.
“F’s in her classes though I thought I earned at least a D,” He admits. “I got straight A’s in the other classes but because of the F’s I didn’t get soft time last cycle. I’m not sure I can do well in that class.”
Donny looked a little puzzled. “Maybe this cycle you won’t have her as a teacher, or we can help you study harder.”
“I hope so,” He answered.
An hour later, Donny let Jenny off the CornerStool and let her join Donny and Andrew at the dinner table. It surprised Jenny that Donny put out all her favorites until she ate it, and it all tasted like the soap he put in her mouth.
“Your teacher called,” Donny told Jenny while looking at her in the eye.
“Ah,” Jenny said looking down.
“She said your grades are slipping,” Donny said.
“Yes, but I still have good enough grades,” Jenny said.
“True, but you got a B- in handwriting. That’s your best subject,” Donny said.
Jenny looked down trying not to wiggle because wiggling makes the pain worse. “I don’t know what happened,” Jenny whimpered.
“Your teacher asked if the disease returned,” Donny said watching Jenny’s eating habits closely.
“That’s ridiculous. I just rejuved a few months ago,” Jenny answered.
A few minutes after Jenny finished her cheeseburger, Donny added, “They also had another theory.”
“Oh,” Jenny said halfheartedly.
“They think you have Rejuve Adjustment Syndrome,” Donny answered.
Rejuve Adjustment Syndrome is a psychological condition caused by a rejuve having trouble going from being an adult with adult responsibilities to being a kid. It is very common among non-penny rejuves. Pennys aren’t given much chance to get it because they get readjusted quickly through spankings.
“That’s ridiculous. I have been a rejuve for longer than most V’s,” Jenny said.
“Yes but you were an 8 year old intern in the infirmary before your last rejuve,” Donny lectured.
“Does this mean they want to send me to a psychologist?” Jenny asked.
“No. Their thinking a tutor,” He said.
“I don’t need a tutor,” Jenny said trying to keep her voice down to not get in more trouble. “I can pull up my grades on my own.”
“That’s not what they mean. They are actually thinking you should become one,” Donny added.
“Really,” Jenny said with shock and excitement at the same time. “Do they want me to tutor pre-med classes to the voluntaras?”
“Sorry, Only previous doctors and teachers are going to tutor those subjects. The most common request for help in afterschool tutoring is Chandlerian physics,” Donny said.
“But I never taken it,” Jenny said disappointedly. “I can’t tutor something I know nothing about.”
“That’s why they suggested you take the class. You seem bored in your current electives as it is,” Donny finished explaining.
Jenny nods. “I’m not sure I’m smart enough for it,” Jenny said.
“Your school counselor and I believe you are. You took math and computer science when you were in college. Some of your teachers wondered why you switch to nursing when you had a promising career ahead of you,” Donny said.
“My parents got sick,” Jenny answered. “I wanted to know how to take care of them.”
“Oh,” Donny answered. “You have the skills, Jenny, you can do it.”
“I guess it wouldn’t hurt to try,” Jenny said.
“And in the meantime, you can tutor one other class that you already took,” Donny said.
“What class?” Jenny asked not remembering taking anything worth tutoring that wasn’t medicine.
“Ethical and Moral Behavior,” Donny answered with an evil smile. “Your nursing ethics teacher said you probably can use some brush up.”
Jenny gave the evil smile back. “Why did they pick me? I was only in it for half a year.”
“Only completas qualify for the job and they rather babysit; besides you got an A.”
“Am I at least going to get paid?” Jenny asked.
“Yes but I, your guardian, gets to decide what to do with it,” Donny emphasized.
“I guess I can try it,” Jenny said.
“Ok Jenny bedtime,” Donny said earlier than usually.
“But Andrew is still awake,” Jenny said considering he was a year younger than her.
“Bedtime,” Donny repeated.
Jenny got up and went to the bathroom still bare bottom from the caning. Jenny was just glad Donny forgot about the ten paddle swats extra.
She was wrong.
After Jenny brushed her teeth and Donny bathed her and dried her emphasizing her bottom, he sat on her bed where she saw the family paddle he must have put there while she was in the corner. “Over my knee,” Donny ordered.
Jenny obeyed reluctantly. She finally figured out why he waited till after dinner to give her the paddling. He planned on her crying herself to sleep. Donny mercifully didn’t require her to say “Sir” repeatedly this time but he paddled over her welts.
Jenny did cry herself to sleep that night.
At dawn the next morning Jenny woke up to Donny rubbing nanolotion on her welted bottom and activating it without putting her in a diaper. Jenny knew that meant that he trusted her but also that she knew not to itch. Jenny went back to sleep with her hands under her body to prevent her from itching.
Jenny didn’t know it, but the babysitter came while she was sleeping for her diary.
A week later, Donny gave her the antidote at breakfast.
That night their babysitter came again.
The next day Donny found the babysitters diary again under his chair being held open by the chairs legs. It read:
Today, I sat for the Williams residence again. I was expecting to have another rough job due to Jenny’s weird behavior.
I was wrong.
Jenny showed up 15 minutes earlier than her curfew and wasn’t out of breath.
She helped Andrew beat me nine times at Scufflebits.
When a phone call came in, she went to her room and I expected her to be out again at dinner time, but she was out in five minutes flat.
When it was time for dinner, Jenny ate slowly and let Andrew talk about her day.
Jenny played infirmary with us after dinner.
She even showed me her homework with no fuss.
She asked if she could show me how she spanks a penny after taking my tips to heart at Andrew’s bedtime.
Jenny went to bed and was snoring within a few minutes.
I don’t know what changed but I had a wonderful night.
Donny chuckled. He saw that Jenny finally got cured of Rejuve Adjustment Syndrome.
An email alert arrived at Donny’s Padd. He read it quickly and went to Andrew’s room.
Andrew was playing with his truck when Donny arrived. “I have to talk to you.”
Andrew got up quickly and draped himself over Donny’s lap.
Donny let him up quickly. “Not all talks are spankings,” Donny said with a chuckle.
Andrew blushed embarrassed.
“I have news about your status,” Donny started.
“Don’t tell me I am going to be denied soft cycle next hearing?” He asked surprised.
“No. Actually you’re no longer going to be a hard timer this time around,” Donny started saying, and Andrew started jumping up and down.
“Really?” He asked still bouncing around like a kid with ADHD on candy.
“Really, I had appealed your case,” Donny said.
“Great. So you must have told them I had that problem adjusting to having an ex be my teacher, and that’s why I couldn’t pass the class,” He assumed still jumping up and down from excitement.
“Yes, I did appeal based on that,” Donny said with a smile, than he changed faces to serious. “I have bad news.”
“What could be bad?” He asked.
“When I appealed, the court launched an investigation to make sure what you said was true,” Donny said.
“And they found I was otherwise they wouldn’t have given me soft time,” Andrew said hopefully but stopped bouncing.
“Well no,” Donny said. “Although you weren’t lying, they found that your ex wasn’t telling the whole truth.”
“You mean I got the D after all?” Andrew asked hopefully.
“No,” Donny said not happily. “Another teacher rechecked your work and found you got straight A’s. When the court confronted your ex,” Donny put Andrew on his lap before finishing his sentence, “She confessed that she deliberately gave you bad grades as revenge for you breaking up with her.”
Andrew looked shockingly at Donny. “She did?” He asked.
“She did. The school board is working on firing her and suspending her credentials for this, but it might take a while,” Donny said.
“Good,” he said. Donny thought for a minute he wanted revenge till he said, “She doesn’t deserve to be turned into a penny for this.”
Donny hugged him one more time. “Now you know we are not soft time parents, so when I take you to corrections to change your wrists you will be meeting your new parents.”
“Yes sir,” Andrew said getting excited again. “Thanks for all your help. Can I say goodbye to mommy before we leave?”
“Unfortunately, Jenny is tutoring a new penny in Ethical and Moral Behavior at school, but you can always come and visit us anytime you want, and your parents say its ok. So it’s not goodbye, it’s see you later.”
“Yes Sir,” Andrew said getting up and getting ready to meet his new parents.
