Reiki Master

Hi! I've been teaching Reiki since 2005. My approach to Reiki embraces a holistic approach that includes meditation, Yoga and pure, plant-based nutrition. Using a holistic Reiki approach, I help students and patients from all over the world. It's beautiful to keep in touch with students as the years go by and to share in their personal growth. The follow up programme up our Reiki course is essential to long-term personal development.

Looking back many years, in 2006 I served as a volunteer healer at Mosoq Runa children’s home in Urubamba, Peru. That was a profound training ground for me because I was providing Reiki to troubled children. Ironically, I hardly spoke a word of Spanish. It was great to make a positive contribution to the lives of these children and bring some peace into their hearts through Reiki. It was during this time in Peru that I began teaching Reiki to several friends.

In 2008, I became a volunteer Reiki teacher and healer at Moo Bahn Dek Children’s Village in Kanjanaburi, Thailand. I used to spend weekends at the Children's Village and train the teachers to use Reiki. They were under serious duress due to their responsibilities for so many children from troubled families. At the same time, we began hosting Reiki courses at Wongsanit Ashram in Nakhon Nayok province near Bangkok. Within a year of teaching weekend courses, I realized that it would be much more effective to teach at our home where students could easily visit our school regularly. This allowed us to provide long term training and consistent follow up and practice sessions for local students.

Reiki and Compassion Books

I have written books on Reiki in both the Thai and English languages. This is a great way for me to share nearly 20 years of experience all summarized in one book. I have also written books on the development of holistic compassion and eating with compassion. Compassion is a cornerstone of our Reiki approach.

Chiang Mai

We moved to Maa Onn district in Chiang Mai in 2014 and began teaching our courses here. We have an organic orchard 40 kilometres outside the old city of Chiang Mai. It's a great environment, surrounded by fruit trees, ponds and tall teak trees. This is the heart of my own spiritual development as I spend most of my time tending to the fruits and vegetables in the orchard. As part of Reiki training, I include meditation guidance in our classes. I've been meditating regularly for more than seventeen years. I greatly appreciate the benefits and insights that it brings. I also practice Yoga on a daily basis, and share these experiences with students to contribute to their holistic learning experience.

We include plant-based meals at our courses to support a positive and healthy approach to nutrition. I have been eating a plant-based diet since 2001 and continue to deepen my commitment to all animals through an animal advocacy programme that I have founded in Chiang Mai. What we eat is a major component of the energy that we share with others.
