Register a team, select a book to write questions about & nominate a judge
When you have the names of your team members, please fill in their names on this form to ensure that they receive a participation certificate. (before 2 May)

Who is responsible for writing questions this year?
Question writers will have access to a spreadsheet (using the email that you provided on the sign-up sheet) to enter the questions onto.
Each question writer will write 20 multiple choice and 20 short answer questions before 1 May.
Questions should have a distinct answer.
Please do not repeat questions.
Complete all fields in both tabs of the spreadsheet.
You may ask questions related to the illustrations and any other information in the book - i.e about the author or illustrator, glossaries, authors notes etc.
Extra questions will be released to registered teams on 5 May to use as practice questions.
Inferential questions
Discuss these questions and be prepared to write an answer to one of them at the competition (mature readers will answer two)
Print your own invoice for registration (make a copy to edit, print and submit to your Finance Department
