Being active has both physical and mental benefits. It improves your fitness, makes you stronger and helps you manage health conditions. Physical activity helps you take back control, be more independent and can help you live well for longer.
You may be experiencing a restricted lifestyle, pain, low mood and taking medicine you don't want. I encourage people to regain health, improvise around loss and adapt to circumstances to overcome the effects their injury or illness. My service provides personal training to those that are trying to get fitter, whatever the cicumstance or barrier might be.
