CFO(CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER ):

●        CFO takes the role under the CEO.

●         He also plays the. role of an accountant .

●        He analyses the cash flows and analyses if any failure has occurred .

●        CFO plans the entire company's financial plan. He makes the decisions in the accounts.

●        He needs to track the flow of cash. 

●        They must ensure that the company doesn't get any obstacles because of finance  and he should manage whoever is working under him .

●        He advises the company and he takes the role to take care of the bookkeeping.

●        Entry level  role in the financial department is to take care of the responsibility to communicate and interact with the clients and customers.

●        They manage taxes and take care of the key strategies which are introduced by the VP.

●        Entry level analyse the budgets and forecasting of the company .

He develops the company's technology  strategies and plans to make it in the field of technology. CTO implements new systems and ideas in the company .
