Utilizing the group counseling activities listed in our "Group Counseling on a Duct Tape Budget" presentation, Keith put together 75-minutes of team challenge activities for 150 TEDxYouth@ManhattanBeach participants. In this video, Keith discusses how play can be used to develop leadership and cooperation skills. Drawing on metaphors from the activities, he asks the audience to consider what kind of people they want to be and how they want to interact with others.
