GAP Your Programs: Generate Awesome Performance- Presented by Dr. Keith Fulthorp at the 2012 CPRS State Conference on 3/21 from 3:00pm-4:15pm

This workshop focuses on how to identify causes, and develop practical solutions for performance gaps within your agency. Specifically, the session reviews how to:

1. Implement a performance gap analysis to increase your agencies performance

2. Identify 3 causes of performance gaps in your agency

3. Identify 3 successful, research based performance improvement strategies that you can use upon returning to your work site
