Paperless Programming- Using the Purpose Driven Program and Evaluation Frameworks
Binders, stacks, of papers, endless emails, receipts, draft marketing materials, photos- and on and on-All of the tools recreation programmers utilize a wide range of methods to plan, implement and evaluate events. The Purpose Driven Programing and Evaluation forms developed by Keith and Idris help facilitate the transition to paperless programming- by the development of an electronic tool programmers can use to collect, sort, and store information related to recreation events. One electronic form assists with programming efforts, the other frames program evaluation. Both tools will elevate the impact of recreation programs, and expedite the efforts of staff utilizing the tools in their daily programming efforts.
