For the combat quests I recommend you are at your keyboard so you can react to damage. You will want a good attack spell/command. Most monsters are fine for a level 50 or above, but you will definitely want to have some defensive effects up, preferably from a high level priest. The areas of most difficulty are the goons when going to kill Nial (but they don't need to be killed) and the Ogre Mage for the sunstone. The rest are all walkovers, and some are almost incidental (killing the travelling bard for the harp).
I have solo'd all these quests sub level 100.
Fletcher's Caravan (20+)
This quest needs a decent attack spell. Also you will want some solid defenses (or heal) if the ranges should decide to attack you instead of the convoy. If you leave the room, you have to wait for repop before you can try again. The convoy isn't in much real danger, but cannot take down the rangers alone.

Responsible for break-in at Master Thordin's home, which resulted in death of one servan, Makus Cerrallo. Responsible for numerous thefts, assassination of Baron Jorldon. Known fence. Enjoys lemonade.
LAZLO SECRATO
Responsible for murder of Lady Iranon, self-described cutthroat. Wanted by the Law, but hides in Lesser Treeth. Goes into city proper when he can. Stole jewels at the Iranon Manor: lost them? Menace to society (but not physically powerful).
EZRA DANTON
Pains me to say, but Ezra Danton -- traitor. Moves back and forth between Lesser Treeth and the City. Offers safe passage to villains. Conviction difficult -- he must die

The only real difficulty with this quest is if you hang around in the room too long and the goons start to hit on you. It is recommended that you have decent defense in place before this (get buffs from a priest if you can). There is no need to kill the goons. Nial does not have many hp.
