There are a few rooms that cause trouble, and because of the delay with casting teleport, the portals don't function except for RDT Travel Scroll. You can make an alias for specific areas, like Teleporting to guild, so you teleport, #wait 3000;#walk XXX.
One particular room, the Iapage Bridge, has a troll that will block your path if you try to walk through the room. I have set the map to pause in that room whenever you walk through it, and I create a trigger to attack the bridge troll, and a trigger to #ok when the troll dies. This does have one unfortunate side effect: Whenever you have an alias that does #walk XXX;doanything where the path goes through the Bridge Troll, the second action triggers in that room when you pause the #walk. The common occurance of this is on Lucien's second quest, when you are going to confront Nial. This isn't a big problem, as you will usually want to set yourself up for jumping in and out of the room to avoid Goon damage.
It may also cause trouble in early days for buying sticks for Wizards walking from their guild to KT. Instead of an alias to walk to walk to the room and buy, you would be better to just walk to the room and trigger the buying off your entry into the room.
