The table below shows how a handicap index is calculated for players with fewer than 20 scores in their scoring record. A player's index will be adjusted by course and slope rating, hole rating, and playing conditions. As of June 1, 2024 all ONSMGC members must have played at least 3 rounds (54 holes) of Tuesday, Thursday Club play to qualify for a GHIN index. Current SCGA member GHIN handicaps will be used for ONSMGC sweeps play. All member club play will be recorded from score cards turned in on regular sweeps play days. A member may post individual scores from courses other than Oaks North.
