規則 Rules

BRM規則 是由法國ACP總會制定，所有BRM活動均按照其規則執行。 因應地理條件及法律規限，除BRM規則外，RHK同時執行 RHK附加規則 。

BRM Rules is established by Audax Club Parisien, the creator of the BRM. All BRM event organizers must apply and respect the rules.

Due to the geographical limitation and law requirement of Hong Kong, RHK enforce both BRM Rules and RHK Additional Rules in RHK events.

RHK 附加規則 / RHK Additional Rules:

• 1. 參加者須於活動首日年滿18 歲。並確實自行投保意外險及醫療險。

  2. 一台為人力推動的單車，並且不能裝上休息把。

  3. 必須具備以下安全裝備，欠缺者不得出發：

     • 200K活動：頭盔，頭盔前丶後燈各1個，單車前、後燈各1個，單車鈴鐺，強制性反光體 及 反光背心或帶

     • 200K通宵活動或300K以上活動：除以上裝備外，另須單車前、後燈後備電池 1組

  4. 參加者必須於活動進行中配戴或携帶指定裝備，違者取消資格。

  5. 參加者如違反香港交通法例（如衝紅燈），經由警方或工作人員登記號碼者，取消資格。

  6. 參加者必須遵照大會所規定路線騎乘，不可走近路，違者取消資格。

  7. 參加者或支援團隊，如對大會工作人員做出不正確的行為，取消資格。

  8. 參加者的支援車出現在騎乘的路線或在非檢查點作出支援，取消資格。

  9. 參加者在活動路線上（除路線指定外）坐公共交通工具或隊車者，取消資格。

  10. 非參加者陪已報名之參加者騎乘，已報名之參加者將取消資格。

  11. 參加者騎乘時未穿反光背心、或反光裝備僅部分可見者，加罰2小時。

  12. 晚上六時至早上六時、陰天或能見度低而未開前後燈（禁止閃爍模式）或燈光不足者，加罰2小時。

  13. 活動途中嚴禁參加者亂丟垃圾，違者加罰2小時。

  14. 參加者騎乘過程邊騎邊聽音樂或講手機者，加罰2小時。

  15. 參加者拒絕服從大會指示，取消資格。

  16. 未能於限定時間內進入檢查點者，取消認證資格。

  17. 未經大會允許，擅自替換騎乘名單，列入禁止參加名單並禁止參加2場。

  18. 嚴禁調換自行車。違者取消資格及將被永遠列為永久禁止參加名單。

  19. 其餘違規狀況或有爭議由Randonneurs Hong Kong會長裁定。

  20. Participants must be aged 18 or above on the first day of the Event. Accident and Medical Insurance has been purchased.

  21. A human-powered bike without any form of rest bar or extension bar.

  22. Wearing the necessary safety equipments. Those who do not carry the mentioned safety equipments cannot participate in the activity:

      • 200K BRM: Helmet, 1 set of front and rear lights for helmet, 1 set of front and rear lights for bike, bike bell, obligatory reflector and reflective vest.

      • 200K overnight BRM or 300K BRM or longer: 1 set of spare batteries for bike front & rear light, in addition to the above equipments.

  23. Participant must wear or carry the necessary equipments during the activity or will be disqualified.

  24. Participant who disobeying the Hong Kong Traffic Law (i.e. run the red light) will be disqualified.

  25. Participant must follow the route given by the organizer. Those who take a shorter route will be disqualified.

  26. Participant or his/her supporters who is rude to the event workers or volunteers will be disqualified.

  27. Support Car appears along the activity route or support outside the Checkpoint, the supported participant will be disqualified.

  28. Participant who takes any other kinds of transportation unless listed in the route during the activity will be disqualified.

  29. Participant is being drafted or ride with a non-participant will be disqualified.

  30. Participant does not wear a reflective vest or the reflective vest cannot be seen well, 2 hours will be added to the total finishing time.

  31. During 18:00-06:00, cloudy or foggy weather, the front & rear light with good luminosity (no flashing) must be on or 2 hours will be added to the total finishing time.

  32. Littering will add 2 hours to the total finishing time.

  33. Making phone calls and listening to music using earphone is prohibited during riding or 2 hours will be added to the total finishing time.

  34. Participants must listen to the instructions of the organizer or will be disqualified.

  35. Participants who missed a Check Point or cannot enter the Check Point within the opening and closing time will not be certified for the ride.

  36. Without the permission of the organizer, the unauthorized replacement of participant will be banned for joining the next 2 activities.

  37. Bike cannot be swapped during the activity. Offenders will be disqualified and will be banned for joining any of the activities.

  38. The rest of the non-compliance situation or dispute will be judged by the President of Randonneurs Hong Kong.
