Racing schedules have not yet been settled, so check back.  

The club gathers on most Saturday mornings for practice sailing, and some racing.  Please join us!

Soling 1M boat information:

No one vendor currently  sells a complete  Soling 1m kit.  So you need to purchase items from several suppliers.  There are many suppliers that you can choose from with the exception of the hull; only one supplier.  

First time builder can expect to 30 to 50 hours building the soling 1m boat.

Background:

RAMYA was formed in 1994 and currently sail and race radio controlled boats in two classes: the AMYA Soling 1 MeterTM  class and DragonForce 65 class. RAMYA is a registered club with the American Model Yachting Association (club #193).

The primary location for our sailing is Park Ridge Pond near Unity Hospital.
