Focus on
ACTUAL SPENDING,
NOT BUDGETS
The Budget and General Fund are only a fraction of each school district's assets.
Public schools are
funded annually.
School Boards restrict money
via resolutions.
They can easily return the money to the General Fund with another resolution.
Restricted money should be spent first.
