PLANT POWER CIRCUIT

Note

Please check three phase supply and measure for any abnormal.

NV relay It protects the motors from single phasing. It acts as single phasing prevent-er.

Do not bypass it. If not working check it's coil voltage for 415V. If supply available then replace contactor.

Each terminal of the coil of this relay should show 415V with the control supply of other contactor for compressor motor.

PLANT CONTROL CIRCUIT

Interlock Relay

This is the only relay through which all protections for the compressor, compressor motor,condenser motor is achieved.

DO NOT Bypass it.

You bypasses every thing with this relay.

If this relay is not functioning then check in step the following items.

1.Coach temp below 25 degree centrigrade.

2.Cooling pilot relay.

3.No volt relay.

4.OLP for CD1,CD2,Compr motor.

5.LP,HP,Oilpr cutout.

6.Any control wiring defect.
