4.12.2010. Question for Armenian-origin Coalition MP Joe Hockey re Afghan Genocide, Tamil Genocide, refugees & Labor racism

On 12 April 2010 (4.12.2010) I submitted the following question in particular for 4.12..2010 Q&A panel member Joe Hockey MP (who is of Armenian origin): "Here is a question for Mr Joe Hockey in particular. The core message from the WW1 Armenian Genocide (1.5 million killed) and the WW2 European Holocaust (30 million Slav, Jewish and Gypsy dead) is never again to anyone. Yet the Australian Labor Government is violating the 1975 Racial Discrimination Act by race-based imprisonment of refugees from what top US law professors call the Tamil Genocide and Afghan Genocide. Where do you and Coalition stand on this?"

Commentary (the question was not asked).

Re the unasked question for Mr Hockey MP, for a detailed and documented account of Australia's human rights-violating imprisonment of desperate refugees ( including women and children) fleeing ongoing Tamil Genocide and Afghan Genocide, and effected in gross contravention of the 1975 Racial Discrimination Act, see my article “Genocide-Complicit Apartheid Australia Jails Refugees Fleeing Afghan Genocide And Tamil Genocide”: http://www.countercurrents.org/polya110410.htm . The anti-war and anti-racism positions of the Australian Labor Party of circa 1970 that led it to oppose the war in Indo-China (13 million excess Indigenous Asian deaths, about 1.5 million refugees with 1.3 million finding haven in European countries, notably the US, Australia, Canada and the EU) and to adopt the 1975 Racial Discrimination Act prohibiting any federal discrimination on the basis of race (including the notorious White Australia Policy that banned Asians from migrating to Australia) . However the current Apartheid Labor Government is involved in the Iraq War and the Afghan War (despite a majority if Australians opposing these genocidal obscenities) and it supported and currently enforces race-based exclusion of Northern Territory Indigenous Australians from the 1975 Racial Discrimination Act.

Now the Apartheid Labor Government has extended this exclusion of its Subjects from the 1975 Racial Discrimination Act to include not just Indigenous Australians in the Northern Territory but also Afghan refugees fleeing the Australia-complicit Afghan Holocaust and Afghan Genocide (post-invasion excess deaths 4.5 million, refugees 3-4 million plus 2.5 million NW Pakistan Pashtun refugees; Australia has 1,500 troops there and spends over $1 billion annually protecting the US-restored Taliban-destroyed Afghan opium industry that is now 93% of the global illicit opiate industry which kills an estimated 100,000 people annually, this including 12,000 Americans and 400 Australians). For details of the Afghan Genocide see “Afghan Holocaust, Afghan Genocide”: http://sites.google.com/site/afghanholocaustafghangenocide/ ; “Afghanistan Genocide Essays”: http://sites.google.com/site/afghanistangenocideessays/ ; and “Muslim Holocaust, Muslim Genocide”: http://sites.google.com/site/muslimholocaustmuslimgenocide/ . In particular see Professor Ali Khan (professor of law at the Washburn University School of Law, Topeka , Kansas , USA ), “NATO genocide in Afghanistan ”, Information Clearing House, 30 January 2008: http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article19235.htm ..

To make it even worse, the Apartheid Labor Government has also extended this exclusion of its Subjects from the 1975 Racial Discrimination Act to include Tamil refugees fleeing the Australia-complicit the Tamil Genocide in Sri Lanka ( scores of thousands of Tamils killed in civilian-targeting Sri Lankan military operations; scores of thousands of Tamil deaths due to deprivation; 300,000 Tamils denied human rights and currently imprisoned in highly abusive concentration camps; pro-war criminal Apartheid Australia assisted the Sri Lankan Tamil Genocide by propaganda, Business As Usual (BAU) dealings with Sri Lanka and by criminalizing financial support for Tamils) . For details of the Tamil Genocide see the writings of eminent US expert in International Law Professor Francis Boyle, notably “The Tamil Genocide by Sri Lanka .
