Quadrivium Rhapsody

MISSION STATEMENT: 

to guide students of all ages in developing their natural talents, and finding the joy and inspiration that come from learning. 

My goals:              

- to help others discover and develop their talents

 - to help others discover the joys of learning

• Music lessons (all ages)

  • I teach music with an eclectic approach, combining my training in Kodaly,  Orff and  Suzuki Piano.  Private  and small group music lessons are available.

• Tutoring (all ages)

  • I use a classical approach to reading, writing and math - phonics, spelling,  grammar and memorization of math facts are the foundations.  Though, seemingly dry, I have games and activities to help and engage students.

• Coaching for teachers & parents

  • I work with teachers and/or parents who are looking for a mentor - a sherpa - on their journey through the challenging, but beautiful, landscapes of parenting and teaching.  I have 30+ years experience teaching and have raised 3 children of my own.  I will . . .

• Performing

  • My daughter and I enjoy playing for weddings and special events.  

Sometimes I have students who are interested in performing, as well.
