“STUDY ABROAD”

Abstract:
The talk would focus on how PhD admissions abroad is possible for anyone who has pursued Masters or M.Phil in Mathematics. The main topics would include:
· The documents one must keep before applying.
· The main ingredients of an application and how to work on those points so that you send out a ‘strong’ application.
· Various exams needed to be taken to get admitted to different countries such as US, Canada, UK, Germany, Switzerland, France and Singapore.
· Expenses and funding by universities.
About the speaker:
Nikhil Kher is an MPhil research scholar of the Department of Mathematics, University of Delhi and is going to join the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada, to pursue PhD in Mathematics, shortly.
Students can use the chance to interact with the speaker and clarify their doubts.
