It is important that everyone have a working installation of Python on their laptop before we start on Friday. Please make sure you're ready to go a few days beforehand. We will host an in-person Installation Help Desk On Thursday, January 12th from 1:30 - 4:30 pm at the Center for Time Domain Informatics, on the 4th floor of Evans Hall. Please enter Evans from the East side (facing the Mining Circle) and take the elevator/stairs up. Bring your laptop!
We will also use an IRC channel (#pyboot) to provide help. You can access it by going to http://webchat.freenode.net/?channels=pyboot&uio=d4. We can set up appointments for the IRC channel through email, and we'll also be in the channel during the in-person Help Desk hours.
