Pleasant Valley Township Meeting Minutes
Tuesday, October 25th, 2022; Clay Rural Water System, 7:00 pm
Officers Present: Rick Wolfswinkle (RW), Ron Huot (RH), Thomas Tiahrt – Clerk, Jill Mockler – Treasurer. Absent: Karl Leikvold
Clerk calls meeting to order
Motion to approve the agenda RW, seconded by RH, motion carried.
Motion to approve the minutes from April 11th, 2022, RW, seconded by RH, motion carried.
Motion to approve the treasurer’s report RW, seconded by RH, motion carried.
Motion to approve the payment to Clay County Highway Department for two 18” X 20’ culverts plus the band to hold them together by RW, seconded by RH, motion carried.
Motion to Adjourn by RH, seconded by RW, motion carried.
