Call to order
Approve agenda Motion to accept RH, seconded by RW, motion carried
Approve minutes – Monday, October 25th, 2021, Motion to accept RW, seconded by RH, motion carried
Treasurer’s report / Annual fiscal audit
JM presented the Treasurers Report. Supervisors and JM conducted the annual fiscal audit. Several bills were approved for payment.
TT will contact the Clay County Auditor for the Pleasant Valley Township voter roster. The same will be used to validate voters at the annual meeting.
