PTA Mission: The overall purpose of PTA

  • A powerful voice for all children
  • A relevant resource for families and communities
  • A strong advocate for the education and well-being of every child

Vanderhoof Elementary has over 15 committees of parent volunteers who coordinate a variety of events and programs within our building. Please see PTA Positions 2017-2018 to see the committee positions still available. Please see the attached PTA Position Descriptions form below for a description of each position.

We are one big team working together to make Vanderhoof the best place possible for our kids, parents and teachers. A complete listing of those committees is available under "Committee Members". You do not have to be a committee chair, there are many other opportunities to be involved or participate.
