We are the Harrogate and District Prostate Cancer Support Group (PCSG).

The group consists of Prostate Cancer Patients, Spouses/Partners and carers. The purpose of the Group is to provide mutual support by discussing Prostate Cancer treatments and developments, and therapies beneficial to Prostate Cancer patients in an informal atmosphere. This is usually accomplished at our monthly meetings.

We have a ‘buddy’ system in place so that if anyone has questions about a particular treatment or treatment options, we can partner you up with someone who has had that treatment and is willing to discuss their experiences. We do not offer medical advice!

Our support normally consists of providing a platform for newly diagnosed patients and patients living with Prostate Cancer to discuss current treatments and therapies with group members. We provide monthly meetings so that members can learn about the latest in Prostate Cancer research and possible developments in new treatments that might become available.
