EMBWL EVENT: DOUG LEWIS ELITEAM DRYLAND TRAINING
Get ready for an action-packed day of athletic development as Olympic skier Doug Lewis teams up with EMBWL for an intensive dry land training event. This exclusive clinic is designed to help athletes boost their strength, agility, and mental toughness ahead of the winter season. Participants will enjoy a high-energy mix of sport-specific conditioning, team-building exercises, and expert instruction, making it a great opportunity for young competitors to train like champions and elevate their performance.

We will need parent/coach volunteers. 

This event costs $35 per participant and is open to all racers U10 & up. 

The training will be held at the Wayland High School Field House on Saturday, November 7th, from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm.
