The first chapel , at the deep end of the church, is dedicated to Our Lady of Sorrows (Addolorata) , whose walls preserve relics embedded in a sequence of pillars of gilded wood , connected by slender arches in Baroque style. In the backdrop there is a canvas , painted in 1885 by Domenico Provenzani , depicting Our Lady of Sorrows .

The second chapel is dedicated to Saint Barbra , where there is a large canvas of the Saint painted in 1759 by Stephen Modica Ragazzi. In the Altar of polychrome marble , richly decorated , is annexed , in bas-relief on white marble , a refine Nativity , while , in a casket covered with glass, is placed a Baby Jesus.

Saint Rosalia is in the third chapel , adorned with a statue of the Saint closed in a glass niche, gilded in 1887 by Paul Chaplains of Palazzolo Acreide .

The fourth chapel is dedicated to Saint James and Saint Lucy and displays the statues of the Saints. The right wall holds a small mausoleum flanked by two lions, dedicated to Iacopo Giudice.

In the fifth chapel , dedicated to the Immaculate Mary and enriched by beautiful spiral columns , there is a statue of the eighteenth century made of Carrara marble, attributed to the sculptor Leonardo Cocullo from Trapani , also author of the alabaster statue of 1706, exhibited in the Mother Church of Comiso .
