How to get modecode for CTPCI Radeon

To get the modecode of the resolution of a Radeon card on the CTPCI, follow the instructions below.

• 1. Make sure VIDEOCNF.CPX is loaded by the system. This file can be found in the CT60 TOS archive from Didier's website. You can use normal TOS for this procedure.

  2. Open the XControl panel, and double click on the Video ATI Radeon icon (Blue circled icon below) to run the CPX.

• 3. On the opened Video ATI Radeon dialog, select the resolution of your choice. You can use the colour depth and driver ttype (VESA, BIOS, etc) to select how to drive the Radeon card. Select the resoltuion of your choice by clicking on it to highlight it.

• 4. Now double click on the selected line, a dialog appears asking you if you want to change the screen to a particular resolution and number of colours along with the modecode. Copy down this modecode number for your use. Press CANCEL to exit this dialogbox

You now have your modecode !!
