Prince George High School forms a Special Olympics Buddy Club

Mrs. Anne Roberts (Business Teacher at PGHS), Mr. Pete Fisher (Principal at PGHS), and an amazing group of students at PGHS have formed a Special Olympics Buddy Club at Prince George High School. On October 28, 2014, the Club sponsored a Fall Festival for the students and staff from the Intellectual Disabilities program at Prince George High School. The Club provided food, drinks, snacks, and games for this special event. Club members who have completed a volunteer application with Special Olympics Virginia will have an opportunity to volunteer and develop relationships with our PG Special Olympics Athletes at their practices and competitions.
