HISTORICAL INFORMATION
This keyzie little island located on a exposed fossilized ancient reef just off the main island of Marathon in the middle of the Florida Keys hosting all the amenities of a shore home. The island features dockage for a boat with an approximate control depth of 4' at the end of the dock. Once on the island you will see swing that will remind you it's time to relax and enjoy all that the views from the island have to offer.
In 2017, hurricane Irma destroyed the house on the island requiring it to be rebuilt under current codes which are similar to that for a shore home. In the documents section of this website you will find the criteria and construction information.
