Financing

Financing for Pretty Joe Rock is similar to that of shore homes.  Because the property transfers fee simple there are lenders that will finance the island and construction.  

If financing as a completed Vacation Rental, the use is business purpose and some of my lenders will qualify the mortgage based on the income of the property not the borrower.
