I work primarily in the following two areas.

• Performance-centric, Power Aware Design of Nanoscale Integrated Circuits
• Emerging Technologies for Next Generation High Performance Computing and Communication

I have contributed around 16 research articles in several peer reviewed international journals and around 82 in peer reviewed international conferences. Besides a copyright application he has also contributed towards several book chapters in edited volumes from different publishers including CRC press, Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg, Nova Science Publishers, USA, WSEAS press etc.
