PD Application Forms:

Individual/Small Group, Educational Leadership & Residency

Please read the guidelines before applying for funding. Applications should be submitted to your school/program representative. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to download the forms.

There will be two deadlines for the Educational Leadership Grant (formerly Major Conference). Please contact Al Patterson at PCI before applying. The scoring rubric is provided below for teachers to understand the criteria for candidates to be eligible to apply for the Educational Leadership Grant.

There will be one deadline for the School Residency Grant. Please contact Jennifer Borgfjord at La Verendrye School for information before applying.
