*Eligibility Requirements & Procedures

Interested students who meet the following criteria should submit an application following the directions on the application form.

1. The student must be a current 7th grader in good standing at Post Oak MS or Wetsel MS or in a homeschool or private school within the POMS or WMS attendance zones.

2. The student and parent must complete the short scholarship application form and mail or email it to the address provided at least 30 days prior to the camp or academy registration deadline.  Incomplete applications will not be considered.  Forms may be obtained from your school counselor or downloaded from the website.

3. A limited number of scholarships will be awarded of up to $350.00.  Students and their parents will have to pay the remaining costs, if any.  Additional support may be obtained through relatives, companies, or local agencies or clubs.

4. Applicants will be notified within 30 days of receiving the application or as soon thereafter as possible.  Checks will be made payable to the institution or company sponsoring the camp or academy. 

5. Recipients will be selected by the Foundation’s Board of Directors with input from school personnel without regard to race, religion, creed, national origin, sex, ancestry, or handicap.
